Why is my 2002 chevrolet duramx shutting down in the rain?

I took it to the dealer and put a new wiring harness in it. The dealer said that 90% of the time it works well it didnt for me. Now it is still shutting down in the rain and only in the rain.

    Let’s be fair. Do you like getting wet in the rain? Check the GM service bulletins. If it cranks ok but won’t start, immediately attach the spark tester below to see if it has good spark. The tester works on Coil Over Plug (COP) ignition coils as well.
